Getting There

Driving is the most common way to get to Albany – from Perth, take the Albany Highway for five hours, and you will arrive.  This road runs through the state’s inland–there are coastal options, but they will take longer.

Regional Express (REX) flies to Albany daily.  The morning departures and afternoon return flights allow for a day trip if time is short.

Accommodation Options

Like in much of the state, the accommodation options in Albany have increased significantly in quality in recent years.

The Hilton Garden Inn opened recently on the Albany foreshore, bringing a new entrant into Albany, long dominated by independent motels and hotels.
