A quirky, colourful, cottage for family & friends to spend quality time away from the hustle & bustle of city life. Wooshwood feels like it is miles away from anywhere, however this 5 acre property is only a short 10 minute drive from both the centre of Denmark as well as Greens Pool. With funky style, furniture & split level rooms this cottage is fun & functional. Great entertaining both indoors and out with a wrap around verandah. A fantastic get-away for that long awaited digital detox. This is a cosy retreat for winter & the large yard a great place for a game of cricket, footy or totem tennis.
The property is only minutes away from Greens Pool, The Alpaca Farm, The Meadery, Toffee Factory, Chocolate Lounge & all of Denmark’s wonderful wineries.
Wooshwood is a quaint property where you can put away your devices and have a real old-fashioned holiday. Come home from the beach and enjoy having space to run around, relax with a book, cook, play games and – best of all – sit on the back veranda and see a magnificent sunset over Karri trees. Kangaroos visit the garden and blue wrens and other birds are in abundance.
Due to having a dam (water hole) plus stairs – split level (4 sets of 3 stairs mostly), this property is deemed unsuitable for adults who have mobility issues plus children under the age of 6. Please feel free to ask for more details.
Satellite WIFI is available but limited.
Please note that Wooshwood does not have TV reception & dependant on your mobile service may not always have mobile access. A land line is provided for emergency & incoming calls only. Satellite WiFi has been recently installed. Please note this has limited download ability & as such would request that it be used only for emails etc.

To allow our hard-working Cleaning team to spend time with their own families we have the following:

Check-in Thursday immediately prior to Good Friday (or before) through to Easter Monday (or later).
CHRISTMAS:
Check-in 22nd December (or before) through to 27th December (or later).
Dogs are only considered on request and acceptance of the Pet Policy & payment of the $80 pet fee – see details below:
PET POLICY:
There is a Pet Surcharge of $80 per stay.
No cats, 2 dogs maximum (no puppies).
•Only fully house-trained dogs are allowed inside the property.
•Pets are to be of a quiet nature and it is the owner’s responsibility to keep noise to a minimum at all times.
•Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable.
•The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets whether inside or outside the property.
•Pets are not permitted onto beds or on the furniture at any time.
•Guests agree not to leave pets unsupervised inside the home at any time.
•Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls etc.
•Guests must dispose of pet faeces in a clean and sanitary manner.
•Guests should ensure arrangements for pets at a property, including these terms, are suitable for their pet prior to booking.
•If extra cleaning is required or faeces left on lawn, this extra cleaning time will be deducted from the Security Bond.
