Serpentine Rose – City center luxury

    Stunning holiday house with views over town and Princess Royal Harbour. 2 mins walk from the city center and the Albany Visitors Center. Walk to restaurants and tourist attractions. We have 3 Queen rooms, 1 with a private ensuite. All rooms are tastefully appointed with lovely furnishings. We have a bunk room for the kids that sleeps 6 with their own adjoining lounge room. There are 3 lounge rooms and 3 balcony’s on the property. The kitchen is fully equipped and all linen / towels provided
    The space
    The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for cooking and dining in at home. Bed linen and towels are also supplied.
    Guest access
    Guests have access to the whole house. It is a whole house booking only we do not charge for extra people. Their is a large back yard, plenty of parking for 4 or 5 cars and ample parking for a small boat, trailer or caravan as well.
    On the back patio there is an out door table setting and BBQ for guest use.
    Other things to note
    If staying for a week we offer 10% off
    Please leave the house as you find it, all dishes cleaned and put away and rubbish in bins downstairs. Check out time is 10am. Cleaners will arrive at 10am as the house needs to be ready by 2pm for the next guests. It is a non smoking property
