A three bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located between Middleton Beach and Emu Point, next to the Albany Golf Club, beach, cycle and walking paths.
There is a spacious, open dining/living area with a fully equipped kitchenette including oven, hot plates and dishwasher. In this area there is an air conditioner, flat-screen TV and DVD player.
Full laundry facilities are included and a cot and a high chair are also available. Linen is provided and there are electric blankets for the queen sized beds.
A fully fenced patio has a garden setting and BBQ.
Two bicycles are in the store room and are available free of charge as well as 2 sets of golf clubs (L & R handed).
