Camellia Cottage is a true home away from home. With 3 spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen, dining and lounge area there is plenty of room to relax, unwind and just live like a local.
As soon as you walk in the door you are welcomed with exposed beams, cathedral ceiling, slate floor and rustic wood paneling around the walls. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook up a gastronomic storm and also comes with a Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster etc. The pantry has an array of basic cooking essentials along with tea, coffee and milk.
The dining area opens out onto a large veranda with dining table and BBQ. The garden is fully enclosed and large enough for the kids to run around and have lots of fun.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms. The first one has a king size French Provincial bedroom suite with large built in wardrobes, the 2nd room a queen size bed with wardrobe and drawers, and the 3rd room has 2 king single beds with wardrobe and drawers. This is the kids room and has plenty of toys and books for you to enjoy. The beds are large and can accommodate adults.
There is plenty of room to park the bicycles, surf boards, or even a boat in the back garden and truly make yourself at home.
The house has WIFI, TV with Netflix, and a gorgeous wood heater in the lounge. All bedrooms come with an electric heater.
This house is so comfortable you will not want to leave! It is perfect for families or couples who want to explore the region. It’s an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to the main street of Margaret River, shops, bars, supermarket, post office and the River.
