There are 2 bedrooms ,1 with a queen bed and 1 with a triple bunk (double bed below, single bed above) plus a fold out double sofa bed in the lounge.
Linen is NOT provided but is available on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a new fridge and microwave and all the crockery and cooking essentials provided.
There is a separate bathroom and toilet, Satellite TV, and BBQ provided.
The covered patio area overlooking the ocean is where you will spend most of your time with seating for 12 overlooking the golf course and the coast.
Only a 2 min walk to beach and shop, 150m to the tennis courts and community centre and directly across from the first tee of the golf course.
Lovely reticulated grassed area at front, with a small, low maintenance garden offering privacy and protection from the wind.
Outside pets are welcome. and there is plenty of parking for cars and boat trailers with a newly resurfaced bitumen driveway extending beside and behind the house.
